With more than 650,000 downloads, Openwave Mobile SDK (formerly known as Openwave Mobile Developer Toolkit), when used with Borland® JBuilder®, the leading Java development environment, provides developers with additional tools such as sample code, style guides, and open source tools, making it simpler to build compelling applications like Java™-based games, MMS and location-based services.

"Ease of use and compelling mobile applications are the key to a gripping service for operators and a great experience for the end user," said Gina Centoni, vice president of Openwave Developer Network.
